To be part of growing Tender Team, to prepare commercial and technical proposals.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
- Obtain factored / sub supplier costs where necessary.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
- Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
- Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
- All other duties as relevant to the post.
Requirements
Oriented coordination and guidance to management and business units on tenders administration. Prepares and administers the technical and pricing material for each tender, coordinating with all parties involved. Researches, tracks and coordinates tenders and contracts. - Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Similar.
- Should have experience in engineering consulting companies
- Experience of dealing with complex tenders.
- Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment.
- General MS Office Program skills.
- Knowledge on Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Knowledge on AutoCAD.

A bid project is automatically created when the bid manager accepts the invitation to bid on the tender project. The bid project will contain Consultation and Documents containers.

- Consultation - This is where tender managers and bid managers can communicate by creating tasks. For example, you can create a task to notify an individual of a specific task that needs to be completed or a deadline that needs to be met. Tasks can be created at any point during the bid process.

Users that have the Tender Administrator security group will receive notifications of all communication between bid managers and tender managers and they can respond to the tasks created by bid managers in the Consultation container.
